I will always do a ZOOM or in-person consultation will all potential clients in order to discuss their goals, aspirations, and questions. It’s extremely important to me that you have a full understanding of the help and consulting I offer before starting the process!
Resume Creation & Review
Together we will review your resume format, descriptions, length, and organization. As many people know, resumes are often viewed for less than a minute, so my goal is to help you create a concise and descriptive resume that represents you well as an individual, and allows your Academy potential to shine through!
“Whole Candidate” Scoring
Nomination and admission authorities assess candidates based on academic, athletic, and leadership accolades and activities. I provide “mock scoring” of your activities, leadership positions, community involvement, and achievements that are specifically sought out by those assessing candidates for Service Academies.
Essay Review & Scoring
Nomination and admission essays, as well as consequent cover letters, are your BEST opportunity to have your voice heard, and show a Selection Board why you are a good investment as an Academy candidate. My goal is edit and review your essays with the eyes of a Selection Board and score it just as a nomination or admission authority would. From there, we will improve and perfect the essay to be competitive!
Interview Preparation
Congressional nomination and Academy admission interviews can be nerve-wracking. I offer “mock interviews” and interview advice centered around preparing candidates for the types of questions that could be asked, and how to remain cool, calm, and collected during the interview.
